Honest -  I will only work with you if I believe I can make a difference.

Open - clarity about when I'm working for you and how much time I'm spending on your contract.

Tailored to your organisation - I'll take the time to understand your work, discuss how you would like me to represent your organisation and will ensure that I communicate  in a way that fits your style and ethos.

Truthful - a promise that I will always be transparent, enthusiastic and truthful when talking to potential funders about your work and how their donation will be spent.

Ethical - I'll never suggest or solicit donations where we identify a potential conflict of interest or believe the donation would cause negative implications for your organisation.

Accountable -  details about all my work,  previous contracts & references are always available. We can discuss the progress of our contract at anytime, set clear targets and time for feedback and review.

Is non-judgemental, supportive and always confidential. Each session includes a process of reflection & review to ensure it is always meeting your needs and enabling you to thrive.

My work is carried out in accordance with the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Fundraising Practice and the International Coaching Federation's ethical guidelines. I adhere to the Data Protection Act 2018, I won't share your details and I will keep all information and records of donations safe and confidential.
