Case study
MOSI is Manchester city centre’s largest museum, yet it had never had a dedicated fundraising department. My consultancy included an evaluation of the museum’s fundraising provision, developing a strategy, then providing consultancy as Head of Fundraising; recruiting & training a new department & capital fundraising for Revolution Mosi; a major museum redevelopment to significantly improve visitor experience. The new Department secured grants from funders including; Garfield Weston Foundation, Monument Trust, the Wolfson Foundation, SITA Trust, The Oglesby Charitable Trust & Biffaward.
